The 20-bed personal care home has private rooms. Special programs and church services are held weekly for the residents who wish to attend. An activity
program is also available days, evenings, and weekends.
McCreary has one ambulance that is based in McCreary. All calls through 911 are dispatched from Ste. Rose.
Services from Monday to Friday for McCreary and District. A 6 passenger minivan, plus 1 wheel chair van capable of loading 1 wheelchair plus 2 escorts are
available for rental at a nominal fee.
Home Care and Public Health has an office in the facility and operates both programs under Community Health. The office for Support Service for Seniors is
also based in the facility. They provide services such as Lifeline, friendly visiting, private house cleaning and Telecheck. Support Services for Seniors provides
a congregate meal program and is run out of Alpine Manor seven days per week and is available to the seniors and disabled in the community. A meals on
wheels program is also offered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
